Ukrainian Military Sailor's Black Hat "Vijskovo-Morske Sili SC Ukraine" with badge and two ribbons. This Navy Hat made from woolen cloth. There are two white lines around it. The Badge in front the Hat has a State Emblem of Ukraine which colored with enamel. Ukrainian sailors which have duty on the Black Sea worn this Hat as a part of Uniform and the Ukrainian words you see on the front of the hat says "Vijskovo-Morske Sele SC Ukraine" which means Naval Force of Ukraine. On the back side of the hat there are two black ribbons with anchor images on the end. On the lining inside the Navy Hat you see a stamp with series number and name and date where this Hat was made.
