On a blue disc edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) white border with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border, 2 inches (5.08 cm) in diameter overall, four white chains saltirewise throughout linked to a central white ring.

The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally approved for the 310th Logistical Command on 26 January 1956. It was redesignated for the 310th Field Army Support Command on 23 August 1968. The insignia was redesignated for the 310th Support Command (Theater Army Area) on 10 May 1982.
