Description
A shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) oriental blue outer border and a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) inner white border, an oriental blue background divided diagonally from upper left to lower right by three bends black over scarlet over green, surmounted by a cross Patriarchal botonné white. The beret flash was approved on 24 May 2011. It was amended to correct the description on 14 June 2011. (TIOH Dwg. No. A-4-271)
